Our Bylaws give us guidelines on how to properly conduct boat club meetings and outings plus set out the responsibilities of our officers and committee members of our Club and establish membership criteria as well as other rules and regulations and provide a framework for handling conflicts.

Gives Club members specifics on how to host outings, perform duties as an officer or Board member, and answers many questions on the functions of the Pontoon Yacht Club of Lake County, FL.
