READ THIS BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD THE APPLICATION

Go to Toolbar at top of browser and CLICK the "T" in the middle of the square, then move your Cursor to each section of the Application, CLICK to type in requested info (Before you begin typing, CLICK first letter "A" with color underneath to change color to BLACK).
After you complete the Membership Application, SAVE on your computer and email as an attachment to PYCMembershipApp@gmail.com. You will be contacted.
